I have been a part of the Canara Robeco family as the in charge of the Customer Service Department of the company’s North Region for 11 years. I am deeply grateful to my colleagues and mentors for their warm support and encouragement that helped me become one of the best in my line of work. Customer Service can be challenging due to the diverse amount of issues that arise with each customer, but I can assuredly say that the company’s recognition of my contribution at every stage of my professional career has eased the burden of managing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. I am also thankful to Canara Robeco for striking a wholesome equilibrium between the personal and professional space of employees. The work culture here is diverse, friendly, inclusive, and professional. My journey here has been nothing less than wonderful and I hope to continue being a part of the company for many years to come.

I have been a part of Canara Robeco for the past 23 years and I can confidently say that my journey here has been full of constant growth, learning, and innovation. As the Head of the Finance & Control, I have had the opportunity to work closely with the company’s COO & CFO and acquire in-depth insight into important corporate practices around the globe. The environment at Canara Robeco has shaped me and helped me succeed. The transparency with which the company conducts all its dealings is a testament to its goodwill. Moreover, I believe that the open communication culture within the organization encourages honest dialogue between employees and ultimately maximizes productivity and efficiency. My decade long journey at Canara Robeco can be defined as the summation of continuous learning, passion and joy. As a Zonal Sales Head, I have been a core participant in furthering the company’s market reach and increasing its annual revenue. I have had the support of a competent management team and passionate teammates who helped me deliver the desired results.  Every single person at Canara Robeco has contributed to the growth of the company. This was possible only because of the company’s open communication and fair work ethics that ensure completely transparent work culture. Along with the organization’s growth, I too have evolved in my professional and personal space. The emphasis on the work-life balance by the company has allowed me to value my personal life and succeed in my professional endeavors. The management team at Canara Robeco ensures that every team gets the best exposure and training to ultimately contribute to the smooth functioning of the company. They gave me the space to put my own creative ideas on the table and implement several unique initiatives in the equity market. This freedom helped me visualize and synchronize with the company’s objectives while retaining my original flair. Throughout my 29-year tenure at the company, I have had something new to learn every day. I have also had one of the most well-defined and secure job profiles in my sphere of work.
